Gloucester's Mears Group confirms £125m contract

Gloucester-based Mears Group, a leading provider of services to the UK Housing sector, has confirmed that it is set to secure a £125 million housing & corporate maintenance and investment services contract from North Lanarkshire Council.

The contract, which extends the Group's long-standing relationship with NLC for a period of up to 12 years, provides reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and inspection services, as well as programmes of planned works to NLC's 37,000 housing assets and 1,200 corporate assets.
