Gamma Communications integrates Coolwave's voice capabilities following acquisition
Newbury-based Gamma Communications said it had now integrated Coolwave Communications' international voice termination capabilities into its global offering following the acquisition of the latter last February.
The integration has taken six months and adds immediate value for customers, who will benefit from deep voice expertise and high-quality calling experiences across the globe, said Gamma.

AIM-listed Gamma, which provides customers with services that support cloud communications and flexible platform-centric services, acquired Coolwave to expand its capabilities and presence in the international voice and SMS market.
"The seamless integration of Coolwave’s voice termination capabilities is a great milestone for the acquisition and for Gamma as a player in the international voice market," said Mike Mills, director of service providers at Gamma.
"Over the last six months, we have worked closely with the Coolwave team to optimise our approach to international voice and maximise our synergies.

Gamma employs around 2,000 and has more than 400 service provider customers and over 1,000 channel partners. It has operations in the UK, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands.
