Freeths appoints McNulty as pensions director
Sean McNulty has been hired as pensions director at national law firm Freeths.
He has more than 15 years’ experience advising on all aspects of pensions and his expertise includes advising trustees of pension schemes, employers that provide workplace pensions, and private individuals on their own arrangements.

He can also advise on the pension aspects of corporate and banking transactions, small pension schemes known as SSASs and SIPPs, and the pensions tax rules.
