Forge advises on Broad Street, Reading property sale
Property investment giant M&G Real Estate have sold the building, which is let to Sainsbury's, in Broad Street, Reading, in a deal advised by Forge.
The property at 7-8 Broad Street, which is let in its entirety to Sainsbury's, sits in a 100% prime trading location on Broad Street, with neighbouring tenants including Primark, John Lewis, M&S and JD Sports.
