Final building at Bristol's Central Approach delivered to Evri

Trebor and Hillwood have let the final building of 113,573 sq ft at Central Approach, Bristol, to EVRi, the UK’s largest dedicated parcel delivery company, who deliver over 700 million parcels per year.  EVRi will use the building as a key regional distribution hub.

The unit was developed speculatively alongside a prestigious advanced manufacturing facility of 107,738 sq ft, which was pre-let to Oxford Instruments, a leading provider of high technology products and services to the world's leading industrial companies and scientific research communities.

James Drew, Development Director at Bromsgrove-based Trebor, said: “We are delighted to welcome EVRi as tenant. The letting of the building continues Trebor’s record of delivering best in class schemes in the South West region and providing facilities for leading global operators.  We are actively working to bring forward further developments in this market area”.
