Dynisma created more than 50 new jobs in 2024 to meet the market demand for its state-of-the-art motion simulators and has a strong order book for 2025 and beyond.

The company says it's trusted by key customers including multiple Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula E, World Endurance Championship, and International Motorsport Association (IMSA) teams, as well as a growing number of global automotive OEMs.

Cook's key objectives will be to continue to scale the company's operations, expand its global presence, and reinforce its position as a leader in the space.

His career includes pivotal roles at YASA, a leader in electric motor technology, where he served as managing director.

Prior to YASA, Graeme held key leadership positions at AVID Technologies, an automotive and off-highway vehicle electrification company.

Warne said: "We are thrilled to welcome Graeme Cook as Dynisma’s new CEO.

"Graeme’s strategic insight and impressive leadership experience make him the perfect choice to lead Dynisma into its next chapter.

"Together, we will continue to push the boundaries of motion simulation technology, delivering unparalleled solutions to our global clients."

Cook added: "I am delighted to join Dynisma, a company renowned for its relentless pursuit of excellence in motion simulation.

"I look forward to working with the talented team at Dynisma to further our mission of setting new benchmarks in simulation technology and delivering transformative solutions to our clients worldwide."
