Marketing and advertising company Sticky Ideas & Advertising, based in Cirencester and Caerphilly, has become an official partner of BURST ESPORT, one of the world's leading sim-racing motorsport teams who have won multiple championships and provided action at events including 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual 2020 and the 2020 Formula SimRacing World Championship.  

Sticky Ideas & Advertising, has been working closely with the international racing team and from this Sunday will see its branding on a range of the team’s cars, racing in events that had close to 66 million viewers last year.

Tom Rowland-Hill, Sticky’s Client Development Manager, said: “We are all motorsport fanatics at Sticky, so it’s a dream come true seeing our name on the side of a team's car. We’re extremely proud to have been welcomed into the family of supporters including Diadora, Abruzzi Racewear, Sparta Logistics, Simplexity and Riotoro.”

BURST Esport world championship winning simracing team was co-founded by social entrepreneur Fanny Posselt and former professional soccer player Martin Joergensen in Denmark. It comprises of drivers from all over the world including Denmark, Japan, Slovenia, Germany, France, Poland, Belgium and England.

“The team will be racing this Sunday and to celebrate the partnership, they’ve called it ‘The BURST Sticky Advertising ESPORT Team’ which is amazing. For brand exposure, e-sport is an incredible platform. Goldman Sachs predicts that by 2022, viewership will reach 276 million, a similar figure to NFL.”

View the first race at the 2021 Formula SimRacing World Championship this Sunday at 8.45pm (CET) 7.45pm (GMT) Changes in time might occur.
