The pair were chosen as part of the consortium Viridis, which includes facilities and management firm Derwent FM.
The scheme to create "modern, high-quality, purpose-built" student accommodation reportedly forms part of a phased redevelopment.
Older existing accommodation will be replaced, while the wider Fallowfield campus will offer up to 5,400 student beds and bring forward 3,300 updated bedrooms, it was reported.
Bristol-based Osborne Clarke partner Chris Wade from projects led the advising team.
"It's been a pleasure to support Viridis on this exciting redevelopment project with the University of Manchester. Huge congratulations to all parties, we look forward to seeing how the project progresses," he said.
Other Bristol-based lawyers involved included David Smith, Matt Germain and Caroline Bush, Sarah Knight, Tracey Wright, Elizabeth Shanahan and Helena Zaba.
Nick Grewal (construction), Florence Dove and Chris Groves (both real estate), based in Osborne Clarke’s London office, were also involved, it was reported.
