Bristol’s Baltimore Consulting appoints head of finance operations

Baltimore Consulting, a Bristol-based recruitment company for the public and third sector, has named Natalie Rees as its new head of finance operations.

In her new role, Natalie will be responsible for leading a back-office team and supporting the sales team to deliver services to both clients and candidates.

Natalie joined the company in 2019 as finance lead. Since then, she’s helped reduce debtor days by 15 per cent and reduced aged debt to virtually zero.

She’s coached and trained new staff and apprentices as the team has doubled in size over recent years.

Natalie also led the compliance team into successfully managing a contractor book growth of 100 per cent, while implementing a new compliance system.

She said: “I’m so unbelievably proud to have been promoted to head of finance operations.
