Bristol marketing company Narwhal Media Group has secured £1.2 million in an equity fund-raise,The pioneering marketing technology business operates a number of tech businesses.

It has three main subsidiaries:  upUgo, a digital marketing agency providing services including SEO; Lasso Leads, a data analytics & lead generation business; GoRank, a white label marketing product for businesses. The fundraise values the group at £18.2 million.

The new funds will enable NMG to expand its sales function, continue investment in software R&D, and provide working capital for the group’s continued expansion.

Investors in the round included Robin Saunders from Clearbrook Capital, Elio Leoni Sketi from LSG Holdings and Bodil Blain the founder of CRU Kafe.
