Bishop Fleming boosts Cheltenham audit team with new hire

Accountancy group Bishop Fleming, which has eight offices spanning from the West Midlands to the South West, revealed it had appointed Tom Morrill as an audit director, boosting its Cheltenham team as demand for its audit services grows.

Over the last 12 months, the firm's Cheltenham audit team has expanded with two new directors, two senior managers and nine other executives and associates.

Cheltenham office lead and audit partner David Butler, said: "We’re really pleased to welcome Tom to our firm to continue the expansion of the Cheltenham office and grow our client base in the Gloucestershire area.

"Tom’s focus on building strong client relationships and his expertise across various industrial sectors will be invaluable in strengthening our footprint between the firm’s Bristol and Worcester offices."

Bishop Fleming said it had seen another successful financial year, with double-digit fee growth to over £43.1m. The firm has also seen its audit revenue grow by over 20% in the last two years, with a rolling twelve-month growth of over 25%.

Bishop Fleming provides audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services in the UK. With a turnover of £43.1m, it has seen growth of almost 13% over the last 12 months.
